Join us Thursday, October 13th at 6:30pm as we host board-certified traditional naturopath Leslie Shew, PhD as she talks about The Stress Affect and adrenal fatigue.

Dr. Leslie is the owner of Be Well Nashville, a health and wellness store in East Nashville.  She also holds a master’s degree in Professional Counseling, is a board-certified traditional naturopath, received certification as a Life Strategies Coach and has training in EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique).

She earned her PhD in Natural Health Sciences with a dissertation focusing on the gut-brain connection. Dr. Leslie uses her experience in education, nutrition and counseling for a unique approach to educating others on intestinal health, adrenal fatigue, stress management, brain health and anxiety.
